Coaches are the backbone of our organization. As a Coach you have several responsibilities. Part of your responsibility will be to lead Training Champions and to assist them with the ongoing development of our team members. In addition to leading the Champions, Coaches are the primary decision makers and have the responsibility to ensure that their job area is operating with excellence. Coaches must be results oriented and practice setting daily, weekly and monthly goals. Coaches will also be responsible for making sure that restaurant systems and processes are followed...all day, every day!

Ultimately, the goal is to create full coverage and ownership of the entire business through our Coaches. Working together to create a cohesive and unified team that is led by the Head Coach.
