Role Summary: To train and work in the various kitchen roles while maintaining standards established for food safety, quality, and speed of service. As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, To create a “REMARK”able experience for all guest through operational excellence and second mile service requirements.

 Qualifications: (Required)

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age for kitchen employment
• Enrolled in High School, High School graduate or equivalent
• Effective communication skills
• Be able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
• Required to stand for periods of up to four hours in length and maneuver in tight spaces
• Be able to bend and retrieve objects and climb steps and ladders
• Be able to read and understand the primary language used by customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Always works with a sense of urgency
• Able to work flexible schedules
